1. It is strongly advised that all decompression dives have a safety stop of 3 mins above and beyond that required by the Buhlmann system or your PDC.

2. It is strongly advised that all safety stop dives have a safety stop of 3 mins instead of the mandatory 1 min.

3. It is recommended that repetitive dives should not be within 5 metres of the previous dive depth where the site permits this.

4. Any diver making rapid ascents (consistently more than 10m/min) and/or missing required stop(s) will not be permitted to make any repetitive dives that diving day.

5. All divers should carry an alternative air source. i.e. Octopus rig or autoair type device.

6. No diving to be conducted below 30m unless all divers have a fully independent alternative air source i.e. pony cylinder or isolated twin set. This is in line with the rules set down at a number of commercial sites. This rule is a strong recommendation when diving overseas.
