Diving and Snorkeling

You will find that most of the luxury resorts with have reefs that you can swim up to from the local beach. These are known as house reefs. So if are interested in doing a bit of snorkeling then you can enjoy the marine life without having to trek out far from the resort. You will be able to hire snorkeling equipment from all the resorts and their are many day trips you can take to explore all the other reefs and marine life. You can also learn to dive as many of the Maldives resorts have qualified professional PADI diving schools and this is such a fun day and a magical experience.
